Individual Therapy

This first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other! 

We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from the process, while also giving you space to ask questions and see if it feels right.

Eye movement therapy

A truly transformative eye-movement therapy that can achieve quick results even with the most complex struggles. Wouldn't it be nice to heal from trauma without talking about every detail? Many struggles are alleviated in 1-5 sessions.
